AI Usage
Messaging: Approximately $0.02 per message.
AI Employee – Voice Conversations: Approximately $0.13 per minute.
SMS and MMS Pricing
SMS Cost: $0.0079 per segment for both inbound and outbound messages within the US and Canada.
MMS Cost: $0.02 per segment for local and toll-free numbers.
Per Segment Charges: SMS costs are calculated based on the number of message segments.
Registered vs. Unregistered: Sending unregistered SMS messages can result in significantly higher costs.
Carrier Fees: Additional carrier-specific fees may apply depending on the recipient’s network.
Phone Number and A2P (Application to Person) Messaging
Sole Proprietor Registration:
One-time brand registration fee: $4.41
One-time campaign vetting fee: $16.54
Monthly campaign fee: $2.21
